I had a very positive experience working with Steve Faskowitz to buy a house for my son. Steve was very customer-oriented. He really wanted to understand what we were looking for and help us find it. He was also enormously responsive, getting back to my texts and emails very quickly. I also found him to be very knowledgeable about the area and the process of buying a house. After finding the house we wanted to buy, Steve guided us through the process with great professionalism. He dealt effectively with the agent for the seller and saw to it that any things that needed fixing were in fact repaired before closing. I requested that he help us find a mortgage lender and escrow company, and the ones he recommended were really great. Enormously responsive to us, so that we were able to close quickly, which was what we wanted. Steve is just a great guy -- gentle with us but firm when dealing with the seller's agent. Steve and Beth are fantastic to work with. Efficient and extremely detail oriented. I was interested in a broad area which they were very familiar. I looked at units for two years before I became real serious about buying. They were the same on the first day as they were on the last day. Very patient and willing to put up with my indecisions.
